River Farmhouse sits in a green oasis of beautifully-kept gardens, contrasting with the surrounding bush and riverbank, especially during the dry season.

Bright and spacious, with shady spaces to escape from the hot sun and plenty of room to be as sociable or as private as you like - the house is single story and has a central living area with bedrooms either side, giving privacy and a feeling of space, making the most of the astonishing views across the river.

Some guests just prefer to spend all day here, taking advantage of the peace and tranquillity, the pool, the luxurious service and the mighty Zambezi.   Here it's easy to recover from long international flights or from the sometimes hectic pace of safari life.   Others grab the opportunity to use it as a perfect base from which to venture out to Livingstone and all the adventures around Victoria Falls.
